VITAL ALL-IN-ONE BREKKY BOWL

A delicious way to start the day! Try our Vital All-In-One healthy brekky bowl

 

Ingredients: 

1 teaspoon of Vital All-In-One 
150-200mL (⅔ – ¾ cup) yogurt of choice (Greek yogurt has the most protein) 
½ teaspoon of honey or maple syrup  
A cup of mixed nuts (walnuts, pecans & almonds) 
Matcha green tea
Your choice of mixed fruits to top!

Method:

1. Add the yogurt to a mixing jug or bowl and sprinkle over the matcha and drizzle in a little honey or maple syrup; whisk in thoroughly.
2. Pour into a serving bowl and top with fruit and crumbled mixed nuts.
